WebTools allow you to manage your EX7750 remotely from the Internet or from your
company’s intranet. From the EX7750 home page, you can select a variety of
functions, including Status, WebLink, WebDownloader, WebSetup, and Installer.

Configuring the EX7750 and clients for WebTools
WebTools provide access to many EX7750 functions via the Internet (or intranet),
providing additional flexibility in remote management. You can acces WebTools from a
Windows or Mac OS computer.

1. In EX7750 Network Setup, enable TCP/IP.
2. Set a valid, unique IP address for the EX7750, and then set the subnet mask.
Set a gateway address, if required.
3. Enable Web Services.
4. In EX7750 Printer Setup, confirm that the Print queue is published.

1. Enable TCP/IP networking.
2. Assign the workstation a valid, unique IP address and subnet mask, and a gateway
address, if required.
3. Install an Internet browser that supports the Java language and frames.
