3. If part or all of the paper remains jammed in the 

printer, do the following:
• Remove any paper from the paper tray.
• Press one of the green locking latches and push the 

paper tray backward to release one side of the tray.

• Press the other green locking latch to release the 

paper tray completely.  Remove the tray.

• Remove the jammed paper from the rear of the 

WorkCentre. You can press and hold the 

FEED

 key 

to back out the paper.
