1. At the printer, load the original document on the document glass.
If the Scan To feature is grayed-out, contact your system administrator to enable the feature. For
details, refer to the
System Administrator Guide

• Place the first page of the document face down, in the top-left corner of the document glass.
• For multiple or single pages, you can use the optional document feeder to scan images.
Remove any staples and paper clips from the pages, then place the pages face up in the
document feeder.
2. Press the
Copy
button.
3. To enter the number of copies, use the alphanumeric keys on the printer control panel or the
Up
Arrow
and
Down Arrow
buttons.
