Description
Use
snmp-server user
command to add a user.
Use
no snmp-server user
command to remove a user.
This command is applicable to SNMPv3. If the agent and the NMS communicate
using SNMPv3 messages, a SNMPv3 user needs to be created first. Whether to
perform authentication or encryption can be configured at the creation of a user, the
algorithm and password for authentication or encryption can be set as well.

By default, a device sends SNMP traps.

destination hosts of SNMP traps. At least one destination host is required for SNMP
