How To Remove Batteries
1.
Unlock the rear seat latch and lift seat forward.
2.
Remove the 5 screws, holding the seat barrel in place.
3.
Remove the wires on the breaker and remove the seat with the seat
barrel. Place tape on the exposed wires from the breaker.
4.
Locate where the battery wires plug into the controller (metal box
with several wires going into it).
5.
Remove any connectors holding the batteries in place and remove
the batteries.
How To Adjust Brakes
1.
Carefully lay the scooter on its side, you then should see the brake
hubs on the inside of each wheel. They are what you call floating
brakes, but are locked in place by a pin on the hub.
2.
You should also see the brake arm which is attached to the brake
cable and an adjusting nut on end of cable. Notice the length of
screw coming out of the adjusting nut. Keep about the same length
on both brakes.
3.
Push the arm forward and tighten the adjusting nut clockwise a few
turns.
4.
Turn the wheel to make sure that you haven't adjusted to tight and
the wheel turns.
5.
Apply brake pressure on handle to test.
6.
Make the same adjustment on other brake.
7.
Repeat this procedure until you have the desired breakage.
How To Check Motor Armature Contacts
1.
Lay either cardboard or a blanket on ground on left side of scooter.
Lay the scooter on its left side slowly with the throttle towards sky.
