Monthly
Lubricate the mechanical parts with acid-free oil and
check for damage.
l Check the oil level:
Remove the cover plate. Remove the plug screw (15)
on the top of the pump unit. With lowered lifting arm,
the oil level must be 10 mm under the filler opening.
Use only recommended hydraulic oil, not brake
fluid or motor oil.
Quarterly
Remove the Seeger circlip rings on the wheels as well
as the casters, pull off the wheels and lubricate the ball
bearings with acid-free grease.
After Several Years of Use
Replace the seals as necessary. Use only original
Würth parts.
Contact our customer service when your unit does not
operate flawlessly in spite of having followed the instruc

Malfunctions
Warranty
The vehicle cannot be lifted because the lowering
valve does not close:
Loosen the locking nut from the nut (128) by lightly
striking with a plastic hammer, if necessary, and read-
just the play (0.5 - 1.5 mm).
During the adjustment, the spindle should not be
turned.
The vehicle cannot be lifted high enough:
Check the
oil level as described under maintenance.

Maintenance
For this Würth tool, we provide a warranty in accordance
with statutory/country-specific regulations from the date
of purchase (proof of purchase by invoice or delivery
note). Damage that has occurred will be corrected by
replacement or repair.
Damage caused by normal wear, overloading or improp-
er handling is excluded from the warranty.
Claims can be recognised only when the tool is present-
ed undisassembled to a Würth branch office or a Würth
field service employee.
