Working safely with this machine
is possible only when the operat-
ing and safety information are read
completely and the instructions con-
tained therein are strictly followed.
Do not make structural changes to the equip-
ment.
The trolley jack is intended only for the lifting of
loads but not for supporting. Working on or un-
der lifted vehicles is allowed only after they have
been secured against tipping over, rolling away
or sliding off and supported with blocks.
The trolley jack may be used only on level and
firm surfaces.

The distance to walls, doors and firm structures
must be more than 0.5 m to allow for escaping in
case of danger.
The vehicle should not be lifted when damage to
the vehicle could result from fuel, battery acid or
other harmful fluids.
Lift the vehicle only at lifting points recommended
by the manufacturer.
When malfunctions occur, do not operate the
trolley jack.
During lifting, persons are not allowed to remain
in the vehicle.

Positioning the Lifting Arm E to Working
Height
Operate the foot pedal C to activate quick lifting.
Pump with maximum stroke to bring the support plate
D quickly to the working height.
Lifting of Loads
The optimum force transfer is achieved with short
pumping strokes. Take care that the support plate is
securely seated.l
For vehicles that are too heavy, the overload valve
opens and lifting is not possible.
Do not continue to pump when the trolley jack is at
the highest position.
Lowering
Pull the handle and turn to the right to open the lower-
ing valve; the lowering speed can be regulated with
the angle of turning.
