Post Sleeve Bushing Replacement

INSTALLATION
ASSEMBLE UPPER POST SLEEVE BUSHINGS
Follow the steps below to assemble the U-shaped post sleeve bushings to the upper face of the
post sleeve. Repeat the steps for both sides of the mill.

Angle the front bushing
downwards and push it over the
front side of the carriage post.
The bushing will fit tightly over
the post.
Push the bushing down until it
lies flat against the post sleeve.
Push the rear bushing over the
back side of the carriage post
until it fully nests with the front
bushing.
Reinstall the locking plate and
the four (4) hex bolts—but only
start the threads. Do
not
tighten
the bolts until instructed.
Note: after each set of bushings
are installed, it is normal to have
to move the sawhead to get all
the bolts started in the holes.
Reinstall the tubing
bracket on the upper-
right post sleeve.
