13) Hang the weight shell from the weight hook by tipping the hook to the side threading the hook
onto the dowel in the top of the weight shell.

14) At this point, some adjustments will likely be needed to get the clock running.  For now, give
the pendulum a slight push to the side and release to see if the clock will start running.  Then,
continue on to the next section of the instructions.
