Blade Guides

Check the rollers for performance and wear every blade change. Make sure the rollers
are clean and spinning freely. If not, rebuild them. Replace any rollers which have worn
smooth or have become cone shaped. See The LT20 Parts manual for blade guide
rebuild kits and complete roller assemblies.
See Figure 3-1.

Make sure the blade screw in the top center of the C-frame is 1/16" (1.5 mm) below the
bottom of the blade. If not, loosen the nut and adjust the screw as necessary. Failing to
maintain this adjustment will lead to early blade breakage.
3.3
Sawdust Removal
1.
Remove the excess sawdust from the blade wheel housing and sawdust chute every
blade change.
