WARNING!
Secure all loose clothing and jewelry before operating the
sawmill. Failure to do so may result in serious injury or death.
WARNING!
Always make sure log is clamped securely before sawing.
Failure to do so may result in serious injury or death.
WARNING!
Use ONLY water with the water lube accessory. Never use
flammable fuels or liquids. If these types of liquids are necessary to
clean the blade, remove it and clean with a rag. Failure to do so may
result in serious injury or death.
CAUTION!
Be sure the log clamps are all the way down before loading
a log onto the bed. Failure to do so may result in machine damage.
CAUTION!
Before loading a log, be sure the cutting head is moved far
enough forward so the log does not hit it. Failure to do so may result in
machine damage.
CAUTION!
Do not try to force the saw head beyond its upper and
lower travel limits. Damage to the up/down system may result.
CAUTION!
Be sure to stop the blade when returning the carriage. This
will not only prevent the blade from being pulled off and ruined by a
wood sliver, but also will increase the life of the blade.
CAUTION!
Never clean the blade or the blade wheels with a brush or
a scraper during sawmill operation.
CAUTION!
Before installation of the blade, inspect it for damage and
cracks. Use only properly sharpened blades. Always handle the blade
with extreme caution. Use suitable carrier equipment for transporting
the blades.
CAUTION!
The blade should be replaced every two hours of sawmill
operation.
CAUTION!
Always wear gloves when handling the blade. Never grab
the blade with bare hands!
CAUTION!
If the blade breaks during sawmill operation, push the
EMERGENCY STOP button to stop the blade engine and wait
10 seconds before opening the blade housing cover.
CAUTION!
The sawmill’s work-stand should be equipped with a 4 kg
or bigger dry powder extinguisher.
