Disconnect electrical supply. (see WARNING above)

NOTE:
For Island Hood Internal Blower Removal
Skip to Step 6. Motor connector located inside motor
housing and should be disconnected there.
Slide the bottom section of chimney fl ue up to gain

access to the controls. (See Figure 20)
Remove the Control Board housing cover, cable

clamp and cable tie that secure the motor harness.
Unplug CN1 by gripping the connector and pulling
straight out. (See Figure 21)
Remove the nut from the grounding stud and free the

blower ground wire. (See Figure 21)
Feed the blower wire harness and ground wire down

through the wire routing hole. (See Figure 22)
Remove the Drop Plate and Filter(s) (Page 4-7).

Remove the Inner Panel.

NOTE:
Do not forget to unplug Heat Sentry once

REPAIRS.
