Programme Modes
There are three slow-cooking options in
(Programme) mode: 1) Programme one heat
and time cycle in one cooking session. 2) Programme two heat and time cycles in one
cooking session. 3) Use the Probe to set the desired end temperature.
1 PROGRAMME
Select one heat and time setting for the entire cooking session. The appliance will
automatically switch to WARM at the end of the cooking cycle.

Add food to vessel and cover with lid.
2.
Turn selector to PROGRAMME. The LCD screen displays
flashing setting of
(One Programme and Two
Programmes).
3.
Turn the knob to the left to select
(1 Programme).
Release the knob once 1 PROGRAMME is selected. The
setting will flash three times before it becomes solid.
NOTE:
If the START/STOP button is pressed before the display
stops flashing, the programme will go to the next step in the
setting process.

Once
becomes solid, the flashing heat settings
of
will be displayed. Turn the knob left or
right to select LOW, MEDIUM or HIGH heat. WARM is
not an option. Release the knob once a heat setting has
been selected; the setting will flash three times before it
becomes solid.
NOTE:
To access the previous setting at any time, press the
BACK button once.

Once the selected heat setting becomes solid, the flashing
and ‘00:00’ will be displayed. Adjust the time setting
by turning the knob to the right to increase or to the left to
decrease the time. The time can be adjusted in 30-minute
increments, with a minimum time of 30 minutes and a
maximum of 12 hours. Release the knob once the time has
been set. The time and START/STOP button will start to
flash.

Press the START/STOP button to start cooking. A long
chime will sound and the START/STOP button will stay
illuminated. The displayed cooking time will stop flashing
and the timer will count down.
7.
When the cooking time ends, a long chime will sound.
and ‘00:00’ will disappear. The unit will switch to the
WARM heat setting and the timer will begin to count up.
After 4 hours on WARM, the unit will shut off automatically.
8.
Press the START/STOP button at any time to end cooking
and turn off the unit. ‘OFF’ will flash in the display and the
appliance will chime three times.
NOTE:
During the cycle, the heat setting may be adjusted at
any time by turning the knob. The newly selected setting will
flash three times before it becomes solid and the temperature adjusts. There is no need to
press the START/STOP button. The time setting may be adjusted at any point by pressing
the TIMER button to reactivate the time to a flashing display, and the knob turned to
adjust the cooking time.
