Troubleshooting
(I) The device cannot be turned on
The device will not be turned on when the battery is fully discharged. Before you
turn on the device, please fully charge the battery.
(II) The touch screen respond slowly or incorrectly
If the finger is not clean when you touch the screen, or if you touch the screen with a
sharp object or fingertip, the touch screen may appear malfunction.
The touch screen may appear malfunction in wet conditions or when it is
exposed to water.
Restart the device to clear any temporary software errors.
Make sure that the device software has been updated to the latest version.
If the touch screen is scratched or damaged, return the device to the manufacturer
for repair.
(III) The battery icon is empty (0%)
The battery is insufficient; please charge the battery.
(IV) The battery is not charging properly (applicable to licensed chargers)
Make sure the charger is properly connected.
Please contact the manufacturer and replace the battery.
(V) The cellular network or the Internet is often disconnected or the sound quality
is poor
Make sure that the device's internal antenna is not obstructed.
The device may not be able to receive signals when it is in a place where the signal is
weak or reception is poor. You may experience connection failures due to the issues of
service provider base station. Please move to another place and try again.
When using the device while on the move, the wireless network service may be
disabled due to the network issues of the service provider.
(VI) Filed phone call
Make sure you have access to the correct cellular network.
(VII) Your voice cannot be heard during the phone call
Make sure that the built-in microphone is not covered.
Make sure that the built-in microphone is close to your mouth.
(VIII) Error message appears when starting camera
