8.4 Assemblage
Place the canister heater around the canister and attach the Velcro piece
with the fleece side.
Simultaneously pull up the left and right flaps of the
insulating lid. Pull up and press onto the top of the
canister.
Now roll the insulating cover all the way to the front
and press the Velcro side onto the fleece.
Complete assembly completed.
Monitor the heating process and the behavior of the contents. If necessary, open the bunghole of the
canister so that it does not expand inadmissibly due to a pressure build-up during heating. In the event of
liquid leakage, shut down the canister heater immediately.
Insulating lid closed
Can be closed completely,
to prevent the canister from cooling
down.
Insulating lid half open
The bunghole of the plastic canister must
be open so that no pressure build-up
occurs (during heating) and the canister
does not expand inadmissibly.
For this purpose, the insulating lid can be
folded over once and fastened with
Velcro.
