to check prior to putting the heating mantle into operation:

1. Do your ordering data correspond to the type plate?

2. is the piLZ

®

heating mantle suitable for your application according to the technical specifications (type plate, description)

3. Are there any measures in place to prevent excessive temperatures?
4. Is the PILZ

®

 heating mantle safely positioned?

5. Has it been ensured that you can disconnect the PILZ

®

heating mantle from the mains in the event of danger?

6. Has the flask or vessel been cleaned? Incrusted or scaly flasks possess poor thermal conductivity and can cause flask breakage.
