Removing / installing the components

CMD controller

Cash Media Dispenser Version 5 - Service Manual

CMD controller

Open the safe door (see operating manual of the basic device) and pull the
CMD V5 out of the device (see section "Pulling out/pushing in the CMD V5").

Detach connectors (1) and (2).

Remove the cables from the
mountings (3) and (4).

Detach all connectors from the CMD
controller (5).

Detach the CMD controller carefully.

Installation

The controller is put on the threaded pins during installation. The controller
must audibly lock into position while doing so.

When plugging in the stacker

EEPROM, observe the 360° rotation of
the flexprint (1). The flexprint may not
protrude above the top edge of the
stacker (2).

The photosensors and the pressure sensor must be initiated after the

CMD controller has been replaced, (see chapter "Start-up").
