PHLEBOTOMY COLLECTION
1.
Pull down on spring loaded pin
2.
Align L-Arm Assembly (holes facing floor) to Short Arm Assembly and slide into tube
3.
Release spring loaded pin and adjust until pin engages on one of the five adjustment holes

*Adjustment holes face the floor
L-ARM LEVEL ADJUSTMENTS
THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS SHOW YOU HOW TO ADJUST THE
LEVEL OF THE L-ARM IF NEEDED.

Locate hole in the safety cover closest to tip of arm for leveling screw location (
