Place chair on side and install four (4)
Glide Feet
in threaded holes on the bottom of the
Chair
Frame
(

).
2.
Lift and position the chair to the upright position, with
Glide Feet
on a level floor.
3.
If the
Chair Frame
does not sit level on the floor, loosen select
Glide Feet
individually as needed to
achieve stable, level positioning of the chair.
4.
Continue adjusting until the
Chair Frame
is level and stable.

GLIDE FOOT INSTALLATION
SEAT INSTALLATION
All configurations of model 2580 arrive with the seat attached. No seat installation is required for this
model. However, it is a good idea to ensure that all fasteners are in place and securely tightened prior to
use.
