6. Commissioning, operation
These different measuring modes are accessible via the
MODE
key.
Via the
UNIT
key, the current unit of pressure can easily be changed to one of the seven
stored pressure units and the display resolution matched accordingly via the
FUNC
key.
The integrated data logger can be operated via the
FUNC
key and uploaded and
displayed using the WIKA "PrintCal" PC software. In addition, "PrintCal" enables compu-
ter-assisted calibration of pressure measuring instruments including the generation of
calibration certificates.
For data transfer to a PC the model CPH6400 precision hand-held pressure indicator
features a USB interface, which is activated and deactivated via the
FUNC
key.
6.3 Explanation of the Display
6.3.1 Device status messages shortly after powering-up the CPH6400
Directly after switching on the instrument via the
I
- key, the following Info screen
appears for a short time:
Start-up Info screen
Following the status message, the display is shown for the measuring mode that was
active before the last power-down.
