Once the maximum value has been achieved, counting continues with the
minimum value. Once the minimum value has been reached, counting continues
with the maximum value.
Counting frequency:
up to 200 kHz
Counter width:
32 bit
Counting range:
-2
31
to 2
31
-1
Edge evaluation:
4 fold
Setting via PLC:
Operating mode, direction for reference movement, speed for reference
movement, use of N for reference movement, selection of outputs, deletion of
counter, inverted counting direction, inverted direction of travel for outputs,
inverted speed for outputs, count value, pre-disconnection value, disconnection
value, overwrite for inputs/outputs.
Setting via bus coupler:
Overwrite inputs/outputs with FORCE/LOCK.
Data storage:
Storage of data or configuration is not implemented in the event of voltage failure.
Signal level DC 24 V for input and output signals.
Inputs: TRACK A, B and N, END+, END-
Outputs:
DIR+, DIR-, SPEED
Can be switched to: DIRECTION, TRAVERSE, SPEED
Operating modes
Reference movement, variant 1 (feed movement)
Fast (default; can be switched to slow) in direction for reference movement until
END+ or END- is active. Then slow in opposite direction until N is active. Delete
counter and OFF.
Reference movement, variant 2 (feed movement)
Fast (can be switched to slow) in direction for reference movement until END+ or
END- is active. Then slow in opposite direction until limit switch is no longer active.
Delete counter and OFF.
Reference movement, variant 3 (band movement)
Fast (can be switched to slow) in direction for reference movement. After END+ to
24 V (i.e. alternative use of this limit switch) until N is active. Delete counter and
OFF. The end of the reference movement is signalled by the PLC.
Positioning movement:
Fast until pre-disconnection value, slow until disconnection value and then OFF.
The end of the positioning movement is signalled by the PLC.
