*If only one 32 bit or two 16 bit counters are used, the data width for transmission 

can be reduced to 3 words. The setting of the data width is carried out with 

service function 13 of the bus coupler. With a data width of 3 words, words 3 and 

4 are not transmitted. Word 5 is then transmitted as word 3.
