REMOVING THE OVEN TEMPERATURE SENSORS

NOTE:

 

Sharp edges may be present.

1.

Unplug the refrigerated range or discon-
nect the power.

2.

Open the oven door and remove the racks
from inside the oven.

3.

To  remove  the  top  or  bottom  oven  tem-
perature sensor, remove the two screws
from the bracket.

Remove  the  two  screws  from  the  rear
panel and remove the panel.

   Top Oven
Temp. Sensor

  Bottom Oven
Temp. Sensor

4.

Pull the refrigerated range away from the
wall so that you can access the rear of the
unit.

6.

Disconnect the wire connector for the oven
temperature sensor you are servicing.

7.

From inside the oven, pull the oven tem-
perature sensor wire and connector out
of the oven liner and remove the sensor.
