Actions to take:
Replace juice 2
Reset the syrup counter in door open mode menu
Make sure the syrup counter has been set correctly to the number of vends in the juice container.
Error code 73
Fault Description
– Juice 3 sold out
Actions to take:
Replace juice 3
Reset the syrup counter in door open mode menu
Make sure the syrup counter has been set correctly to the number of vends in the juice container.
Error code 74
Fault Description
– UV Filter change
Actions to take:
UV timer has expired as set in service mode UV timer setting
Replace the UV Filter
Reset the UV Filter counter in door open mode
Restart the machine and check for correct operation
Make sure the UV filter counter has been set correctly.
Error code 91
Fault Description
– Loss of 24 V.
Actions to take:
Check board fuse and replace
Error code 92
Fault Description
– Loss of 12 V.

Check board fuse and replace

– IO module in BIOS mode

Replace VMC control board firmware has become corrupt

Ensure the remote IO board has been fitted
Check the cable connecting the IO board
Check the 0v cable on the IO board
