The sterilising procedure must be repeated every 6 months depending on use. This is subject to
change depending on the supplier of the juice used and the surrounding environmental conditions.
Remove the bag in box connectors from the juice box by half turning anticlockwise and pull
towards you. The bag in box contains an automatic shut off valve to prevent leakage from
the box.
Connect a relief valve to open the bag in box connector on the juice pipe.
Fill the sanitising bucket with warm water and the right amount of hydrogen peroxide. Place
the ends of the juice lines into the bucket of solution and press and hold the flush button of
each juice line in turn to pass fluid through until the juice lines are primed full of sterilising
fluid to the dispense nozzle. Leave for 15 minutes or as recommended by your cleaning
fluid supplier.
After the required duration, empty the sanitising bucket and replace with clean water. Flush
the juice lines through until all traces of sterilising fluid have been removed and the water
coming out of the dispense nozzle is pure clean and odour free.
Remove the metal dispense nozzle and clean the spout thoroughly with the sterilising fluid
and a small brush. If required, the individual dispense spouts can be removed for better
access. Rinse thoroughly in clean water and place back in the dispense nozzle.
Remove the relief valve and connect back onto the bag onto the juice box by pressing in
and turning half turn clockwise.
Prime the juice lines using the push and hold flush button on the rear of the machine door.
Replace the mains water filters
Replace the UV filter
Test all drinks and adjust throws as required.
Flush the main water line with a hydrogen peroxide solution following manufactures
guidelines.
