Care and maintenance:
To clean the can opener, please pull
the soft-touch grip element back-
wards and flip it open. Remove the
batteries from the unit.
Then pull off the front cap under
which the cutting wheel is located.
Clean the opener with a damp cloth
or sponge, soaked in a little wash-
ing-up liquid if necessary, and then
wipe all the elements thoroughly dry
again. Replace the front cap and then
close the battery compartment.
Note: the front cap can only be
removed when the battery compart-
ment is opened. The battery compart-
ment can only be closed completely
when the front cap is in place. Both
elements are locked together for
safety reasons.
