Make sure that the motor has stopped completely before opening the battery cover to
change the battery.
Avoid contact with moving parts. Keep hands, hair, jewellery, clothing, etc. away from the
moving parts of the can opener, in order to avoid injury.
Never immerse the can opener in water or other liquids. The can opener is NOT dishwash-
er-safe. Do not use the appliance if water has entered it.
Do not attempt to change the cutting wheel. Only have repairs carried out by specialist
workshops.
