7. Troubleshooting
Please contact our technical support team on 1800 358 101.
This centrifuge has a self-diagnostic function. If an issue occurs, an error or
warning code will become visible on the display screen. The user can determine the
malfunction with the below error codes.

No display
No main power connection
Check the power and the mains
cable at each end.
Power failure
Check the mains fuse of the lab.
Improper connection
Connect the adaptor properly.
Lid incorrectly closed
Close the lid correctly.
Error with the lid’s closing and
opening mechanism
Contact the technical support
team on 1800 358 101.
Err 55
Rotor loaded asymmetrically
Load the rotor symmetrically
and restart the centrifuge.
Lid cannot
be opened
Spinning rotor
Wait for the rotor to come to a
stop.
Power failure
The emergency lid release
safety feature will trigger once
the rotor stops.
Shakes
during
acceleration
and irregular
operating
feedback
Rotor loaded asymmetrically
Load the rotor symmetrically
and restart the centrifuge.
Broken tube
Replace the broken tube.
Damage to the rotor
or the motor
Contact the technical support

Damaged rotor
Remove and change rotor.
Display error
Loose display connection
Contact the technical support

Err 1
Damaged or jammed latch
Contact the technical support

Motor is jammed or operating
voltage is incorrect
Turn the centrifuge OFF. Check
the rotor fitment or apply the
correct operating voltage.
Power

Remove the cable and connect
