Calculations and Memory Management
You have various opportunities to further compute the measured values; the
values can be added, subtracted and multiplied. This way, areas and volumes
can be calculated. For these calculations the memory functions (buffer
memory) are needed. The data stored in the memory registers can not be
used for further calculations.
Working with the calculation memory and (Buffer Memory):
Saving:
1. Make a measurement with button 10 or 11

2. Press ( appears in the upper left of the display). The first
measured value is now saved.

( appears in the upper left of the display). The first
measured value is now saved.
Please Notice:
If you turn off the unit or set it to standby, both memory registers will be
deleted. To switch into standby, press
twice. To turn the unit off, set the
switch (1) to “OFF”.
You can only save the first measured value into the respective memory
register if neither nor appear in the display.
To add a value to the saved value ( ) or subtract it, press
or
after
a further measurement.

The sum or the difference between both values is displayed and automatically
written over the first value in the respective buffer memory register.
To multiply a value with the saved value ( ), press
