Piston Cup Replacement

The standard pistons for the E-Series pumps come with a molded piston. Some operators

choose to utilize older-

style pistons which have replaceable cups or “rubbers.” Use the

following procedure to replace the cups on this type of piston.

To remove, simply remove the snap ring
from the front of the hub and slide the piston
cup free.

To reinstall, simply slide the new cup onto
the hub and secure in place with a snap
ring.
