Scan - Trouble

“Scan - Trouble” checks for channels that are in an alarm state. The instrument detects every
alarm message cell and enters the corresponding channel in the results list. There are two
results windows corresponding to the error management hierarchy:

F5 window: OAM Flow 5 (VC level)
