Overtorque control (Fn_77 - Fn_79)
Fn_77 : xxx0 - Overtorque detection disable
xxx1 - Overtorque detection enable
xx0x - Enable only if at set freq.
xx1x - Enable during operation
x0xx - Operation continued after overtorque is detected
x1xx - Free run to stop after overtorque is detected
Fn_78 : Overtorque detection level : 30 - 200 %
Fn_79 : Overtorque detection time : 0 - 25 sec
1. Definition of overtorque : the output current ( rated current is 100%) remains above overtorque
detection level (Fn_78) during overtorque detection time (Fn_79).
2.
Fn_77 = x0x1 : When overtorque occurs, inverter continues running and display starts blinking
“OL3” until output current is lower than Fn_78 setting.
Fn_77 = x1x1 : When overtorque occurs, inverter baseblocks immediately and display blinks
“OL3”. To start running, it is necessary to press RESET key or turn on remote
control RESET terminal.
3. When Fn_61 - Fn_63 (multi-function output terminal control) is set to 05, the multi-function
output provides an overtorque detection signal. Overtorque detection output signal is available
only if Fn_77= xxx1.
Fn_80, Fn_81 : Please refer to Fn_01
Energy saving control (Fn_82 - Fn_83)
Fn_82 : xx00 - Energy saving disable
xx01 - Energy saving controlled by multi-input terminals only if at set freq.
xx10 - Auto energy saving only if at set freq. (unavailable for N2 series)
Fn_83 : Energy saving gain : 0 - 100 %
1. This function is applied to Fan / Pump or loads with high inertia . In these applications, high
starting torque is necessary, but torque is smaller while running at constant speed. Fn_83 can
be used to save energy by adjusting suitable gain (voltage level) at constant speed.
2. Energy saving function is available only if Fn_56 - Fn_60 (multi-function input) is set to 08 or 24.
