Fit the Covers to the P2T and to the BLM
Step Action Information
1 Undock and rotate the P2T
away from the PSQ.
2 Fit the RH side cover and the
LH side cover to the P2T. See Figure 4:17.
and Figure 4:18.
• Open the top cover of the P2T. The top
cover is held open by gas-struts.
• Fit each side cover in turn. To engage
the bottom of the cover, lift the cover
by approximately 20 mm then push in
and let the cover drop.
• Fit a screw to the middle of the top
edge of the two covers.
• Close the top cover of the P2T.
3 Fit the covers to the BLM. See Figure 4:19.
• Fit the outfeed cover RH.
The outfeed cover RH is held in
position by 1 x button-head screw.
• Fit the outfeed cover LH.
The outfeed cover LH is held in
position by 1 x button-head screw.
• Fit the outfeed cover top
The outfeed cover top is held in
position by 2 x button-head screws.
• Fit the drive cover to the BLM.
• Close the folder cover.

4 Left-to-Right Machines
Only:
For online machines, fit the
cover assembly, link rear to
the connecting bridge.
See Figure 3:4.
5 Right-to-Left Machines
Only:
Fit the LH, bottom, large
cover.
See Section A.2 .
6 Rotate the P2T into the
operating position and
engage the docking latch.
7 Lock the brakes on the
castors of the P2T.
