Accessories
Use Mid Pulley
- Upright position
- Parallel foot position, hip
distant apart
- Body is parallel to the
Training Station and to the
direction of the pull
- The working arm has palm
facing forwards and thumbs up
- The working arm draws the outwards
in a semi circle
- The opposite arm moves outwards in
the opposite direction for movement
control
- Keep body in a strong and forwards
position by engaging the core muscles
