If vehicle is equipped with WARN chassis body
armor (PN75266), as shown in Figure 7, then
mounting hardware provided with body armor kit
can be reused to secure body armor in place.
Again use one 1/4 flat washer and one M6 x 1.0
nylon lock nut (provided) on each side on back
surface to retain hardware. Torque to recom-
mended specifications of 8lb. ft. (10.8 N-m).
7.
Attach aluminum grille plate to front of bumper as
shown in Figure 8 using four 5/16 - 18 x 3/4
button head capscrews, four 5/16 lock washers
and four 5/16 - 18 hex nuts. Firmly tighten
hardware in place. Torque to recommended
specifications of 17lb. ft. (12.5 N-m).
8.
Position and attach bull bar tube to top of bumper
as shown in Figure 9. Use 3/8-16x1 carriage
bolts, 3/8 flat washers and 3/8-16 lock nuts
provided to fasten tube to bumper. Torque to
recommended specifications 30lb. ft. (40.7 N-m).
