Clean the top saw housing area. Thoroughly clean
the saw bar cavity of any debris. Check the torque
on saw assembly mounting bolts (4) & (5) and top
saw motor mounting bolt (6) to specification.

Grease the main saw feed out rack (SC100) or main
saw swing arm bearing (3/4"). (See
Fluids and
Lubricants.)
10. Remove the rotator plate and check the rotator
pinion grease level. Apply grease as required.
Inspect the pinion and gear faces; replace when
worn.
11. Grease the fixed feed motor splines and re-shim
motor (if in hardwood applications).
