Maintenance

HDR 155

Procedure

Perform the procedure below to clean the interior components of the machine.

1. Remove the access cover. See topic 

Removing the Access Panel.

2. Use compressed air to clean the enclosure and ventilator (b).

3. Inspect and clean the high-tension connnectors and wires (d). Replace any 

damaged or worn components.

4. Remove the burner assembly. See topic 

Removing and Installing the Burner 

Assembly

5. Check/clean the CAD cell. See topic 

Inspecting and Cleaning the CAD Cell

6. Check electrodes. See topic 

Checking and Adjusting the Electrodes
