Phone book
In the
Phone Book
menu, you can store and search for names and numbers
already stored nsde. Phone book entres are stored ndependently on
each handset and the telephone base. The phone book can store up to 100
entres, wth a maxmum of 16 alphanumerc characters (ncludng spaces)
and 32 dgts.
The phone book also allows you to assgn a unque rnger, pcture, or anmaton
for specific callers (page 75), if you subscribe to caller ID service, provided
by your local telephone company.
To enter the
Phone Book
menu:
Using a handset
Press
MENU/SEL
when the handset s n dle mode, then press
MENU/SEL
to enter the
Phone Book
menu.
Using the telephone base
Press the
MENU
softkey when the telephone base s n dle mode, then
press the
SELECT
softkey to enter the
Phone Book
menu.
Whle n the
Phone Book
menu, you can:
Create a new phone book entry (page 74).
Search for a phone book entry by name (page 77).
Dal a phone book entry (page 78).
Edt a phone book entry (page 79).
Delete an entry or the entre phone book (page 80).
To ext the
Phone Book
menu:

OFF/CANCEL
on the handset or
