User Tip: Channel Linking Selection – While holding down a Menu key, more than
1 channel from the same group (Input or Output group) can be selected to link the
channels together. The green LEDs below the Mute buttons are illuminated for the
linked channels. Modification of the parameters for the selected channel will be
applied to the linked channels as well. To cancel the linking, simply deselect the
desired channel while the Menu key is still held down. If the Menu Control key is
already released, press the Exit key to exit.
Input Menus
When an Input channel is selected for modification (To link channels together see
Channel Selection and
Linking for Programming)
the Input menu parameters can be accessed by pressing the
Menu
push-button
to advance from the
SIGNAL Menu, EQ Menu, 31-Band EQ Menu,
the
Xover Menu,
and finally the
Compressor Menu
. (Use the
Menu
push-button to go backward from the
Compressor Menu,
the
XOver
Menu, 31-Band EQ Menu,
the
EQ Menu
and then finally back to the
SIGNAL Menu
). Use the Data wheel to
change the parameter’s settings.
1. Signal Menu (Signal)
Input channel signal menus can be selected by pressing the
Cursor
push-button to advance from
LEVEL
to
POL
and finally to
DELAY
. (Use the
Cursor
push-button to go backward from
DELAY
to
POL
then to
LEVEL
). Use the
Data wheel to change the parameter’s settings.
LEVEL –
Gain can be set from -40.00dB to +15.00dB in 0.25dB steps.
POL –
Polarity, can be normal, (+) 0-degrees or inverted (-) 180-degrees.
DELAY
– Delay in 21 user steps. Can be displayed in ms, ft or m. The system time unit of the delay can
be changed in the System menu. The maximum delay permitted is 4,800 steps (100ms).
