Lock slit lamp base before installation

The slit lamp base can roll on the rails and move sidewards along the wheel 
axis. To protect the slit lamp against inadvertent movement during installa-
tion, we recommend locking the slit lamp base using the base locking screw 
(

 section 5.2 on page 42).
