12.2 Phone Operation
Non Phone mode short press HK [

12.3 Bluetooth Pairing.
Case 1: no cell phone paired to radio.
In phone menu, short press [] button, radio will switch to Bluetooth pairing, the PR function will be underlined.
In pairing process, users can search radio as “VW RADIO”.
The radio supports both Legacy pair (with fixed PIN code) and Secure Simple Pairing (SSP) with dynamic PIN code:
If a BT device supports both of them, radio will always use SSP pair.
Legacy pair:
Radio will display “PIN CODE 1234” and waiting for Bluetooth pairing, display will underline PR.
In pairing process, users can search radio as “VW RADIO”.
Secure simple pairing:
Device searches the BT devices and find “VW Radio” and display the 6-numeric pin code same as radio and waiting
for user confirm.
