Drain the water tank.

Have a heat-resistant and leak-proof container ready for draining the water tank.

Remove the top clip on the drain fitting and push the drain plug upwards.

Remove the brewer.

See “

Replacing the Brewer

” section for more details.

Disconnect the inlet hose.

Remove the hose clamp securing the inlet hose to the inlet fitting.

Pull the inlet hose off the inlet fitting.

CAUTION:

Water coming out of the water tank may be extremely hot. Use

caution when draining the water tank or when removing the outlet valves.
