Grounds Not Being Wiped

►

Brew chamber may not be installed properly. Open the brewer and re-install the

brew chamber – the wiper must be positioned between the two brewer arms.

Brew chamber assembly may be damaged – repair or replace the brew chamber

Noisy Operation

►

If the brewer was just cleaned with brewer cleaner, make several cups of coffee to

re-lubricate the brewer.

►

Brew chamber may not be installed properly. Open the brewer and re-install the

brew chamber – the wiper must be positioned between the two brewer arms.

►

Brew chamber may be too tight – loosen the T-bar or remove a shim.

►

If the brewer motor is equipped with a cooling fan, make certain the fan is not

rubbing on anything while brewer motor is operation.

►

Verify that the waste bin bag is not caught in any part of the brewer and motor.

►

The brewer motor may have an internal problem with the gears – replace the

brewer motor (P/N - A210289).

►

A brewer component may be worn – replace brewer (P/N - A510033S).

Home Position

►

Verify the operation of the brewer "

HOME

" switch

– adjust or

replace, if necessary.

►

The brake on the brewer motor may not be working – clean/adjust the brake, or
