Scene Modes
Select the appropriate scene mode such as [
A U T O
] AUTO, [
] PORTRAIT,
[
] LANDSCAPE, [
] SPORTS, [
] PO LANDSCAPE, [
] NIGHT SCENE
or [
] MULTI.
Your selection will be retained after the power is turned
OFF manually or by auto power OFF.
1. Rotate the mode dial to [
] automatic photography
mode.
2. Press the
OK
button. (Press
OK
twice if the photo tab
menu has already hidden.)
3. Select [
SCENE
] using the / buttons, and then press
the
button.
A list of scene mode icons is displayed.
4. Select the icon of the desired scene mode using the
/ buttons, and press the
OK
button.
To cancel the selected scene mode, press the
button.
5. Press the
OK
button again and the camera is now
ready to take a shot.

Description

AUTO
] AUTOMATIC
Select this flash mode forcomplete automatic operation. The
camera will determine all required setting.
[
] PORTRAIT
Select this mode to make your main subject stand out ( in
good focus) while the background details are slightly out-
of-focus.
The flash mode is set to [
] Automatic with [
] Red-
eye Reduction.
[
] LANDSCAPE
Select this mode to enhance color and saturation for
mountains, forestry and other landscape type scenery, or
to take portraits that feature a landmark in the background.
The flash is set to OFF.
[
] SPORTS
Select this mode to capture the fast-moving subjects.
The flash is set to OFF.
[
] PO LANDSCAPE Select this mode to take images of people against a
scenery or landscape back ground.
The flash is set to [
] automatic with [
] Red-eye
Reduction.
[
] NIGHT SCENE
Select this mode to capture human subjects against a
sunset or nighttime background.
The flash is set to [
] Slow Sync.
[
] MULTI
Select this mode to take images of moving subjects
continuously.
The flash mode is set to OFF.
