•
Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
•
Put the whisk (11) into the bowl with products.
•
Set the required operation speed from 1 to 15
using the control knob (5).
•
To switch the blender on, press and hold the
button (4). Use this operation mode for mixing
liquid products.
•
If you press and hold the button (3), the unit
will operate at maximum rotation speed.
•
After you finish using the unit, take the power
plug out of the socket, take the whisk (11) out
of the gear (10) and disconnect the gear (10)
from the motor unit (2) turning it clockwise
so that the mark
on the motor unit (2) is
opposite the mark .
Attention!
•
Do not use the whisk (11) to make tight
dough.
•
Products should be put into the bowl
before the unit is switched on.
Using the mini-chopper
The mini-chopper is used to chop meat, onion,
herbs, garlic, vegetables and fruits.
Attention!
•
Do not chop very hard products, such as
nutmegs, coffee beans and cereals.
Before you start chopping:
•
Remove bones, sinews and cartilage from meat.
•
Cut meat, onion, garlic, carrots, etc. into
approximately equal slices.
•
When chopping greens, remove stems of
herbs.
Chopping
WARNING:
- Before assembling the chopper make sure
that the power plug is not inserted into the
mains socket.
Caution:
- The chopping knife (8) is very sharp!
Always hold the chopping knife (8) only by
the plastic end.
•
Set the chopping knife (8) on the axis of chop-
per bowl (7).
•
Put the food into the chopper bowl (7).
•
Place the geared lid (9) on the chopper bowl
(7) and rotate the geared lid (9) clockwise until
bumping.
•
Attach the motor unit (2) to the geared lid (9),
matching the mark
on the motor unit (2)
with the mark on the geared lid (9) and turn
it clockwise till bumping. The mark
should
match the mark on the geared lid (9) in fixed
position.
•
Set the required operation speed from 1 to 15
using the control knob (5).
•
To switch the blender on, press and hold the
button (4).
•
When the button (3) is pressed, the unit oper-
ates at maximal rotation speed.
•
During operation hold the motor unit (2) with
one hand and the chopper bowl (7) with the
other hand.
•
After you finish using the chopper, detach the
motor unit (2) from the geared lid (9) by turn-
ing it counterclockwise so that the mark
on the motor unit (2) is opposite the mark .
•
Remove the geared lid (9) by rotating it clock-
wise.
•
Carefully remove the chopping knife (8) taking
it by the plastic end.
•
Take the chopped products out of the chop-
per bowl (7).
Attention! Follow the described sequence of
operations strictly.
Cleaning
Attention! The blades of the chopping knife
(8) are very sharp and dangerous. Handle
the chopping knife (8) very carefully!
•
Unplug the unit before cleaning.
•
Remove the attachments.
•
Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the motor
unit (2) and the gears (9, 10), then wipe them
dry.
•
After processing of salty or sour products it is
necessary to rinse the chopper knife (8) and
the blender attachment (1) with water right
after the use.
•
While processing products with strong dyeing
properties (for instance carrot or beet-root)
the bowls or attachments can get colored,
wipe the attachments or bowls with a cloth
dampened in vegetable oil.
•
Wash the attachments (1, 11), the chopper
bowl (7) and the measuring cup (6) in warm
soapy water, rinse and dry them.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE MOTOR UNIT (2) AND
THE GEARS (9, 10) INTO ANY LIQUIDS; DO
NOT WASH THEM UNDER WATER JET OR IN
A dishwashing machine.
Storage
•
Clean and dry the unit thoroughly before tak-
ing it away for storage.
•
Do not wind the power cord around the motor
unit.
•
Keep the blender set away from children in a
dry cool place,.
