Calibrate Body Temperature
7. Calibrate Body Temperature
If your configuration supports automatic body
temperature (requires VitalPatch firmware release 3.2.0.0
or later), a Temperature Calibration screen will appear,
and you will be prompted to calibrate the body
temperature. If the Temperature Calibration screen does
not appear, the VistaPoint dashboard will be displayed
after you perform the posture calibration.

Measure temperature with a clinical-grade
thermometer.

Select the units (
Celsius °C
or
Fahrenheit °F
).
c.
Enter the temperature and tap
Calibrate
. The
VistaPoint dashboard will be displayed once
calibration is complete.
If you plan to calibrate the body temperature at a later
time, tap
Not Now
. The Body Temperature display will
not show a value.
The VistaPoint dashboard will be displayed after
performing (or skipping) the temperature calibration. See
for more information.
8. Recalibrate Body Temperature
If your configuration supports automatic body
temperature, you must calibrate the body temperature
again 30 minutes later. See
for
the complete procedure.
The body temperature must be recalibrated once per day
between the hours of 09:00 and 21:00 (9AM and 11PM).
