PROGRAM TOUR
Programming the Tour
1. When the screen shown in figure 11a is visible on the monitor, a number for the Tour must be selected. Valid Tour
numbers are 0 to 9. To enter the number, use the number keys (0 to 9), then press the Preset
key.
2. Press the Enter key. The screen should change to that shown in figure 11b.
3. Notice that the cursor (
n
) moves to the
n
__________ position in the line beneath Program Vectorscan No. This line
allows you to enter a numerical reference for the Tour by using the number keys and the preset key as described
earlier. When a name has been entered, press the enter key. The cursor will move to the first field of PRESHOT for step
1 of the Tour (figure 11c).
4. Enter numerical data for the PRESHOT, VELOCITY and DWELL fields for each step of the Tour. Up/down and left/right
movements of the joystick can be used to move the cursor around the screen. Up to 64 steps (or sequences) can be
defined for each Tour.
5. When all the data for the Tour has been entered into the fields, the finished screen should look similar to figure 12.
Note that this example only has four steps defined.

6. The final step in programming the Tour is to save the settings made. This is done using the number keys to enter a
number that corresponds to the letter on the status bar at the foot of the Program Vectorscan screen. Choices are D
for Delete; E for Edit or S for Save.

Please note that when a Tour function is programmed,

RECALLING A PRESET TOUR
This operation allows you to recall a preset tour directly from the keyboard.
1. Select a monitor.
2. Select a camera that has telemetry functionality.
3. Enter the number of the preset tour (1 to 4) then press the preset tour key (
).
Please note that when a Tour function is recalled,
