When scanning, you can select one of the pre-defined page sizes in the list, or
create a custom crop area. You can scan documents up to 11.7" x 17" from
both the ADF and flatbed. Please note that not all of the defaults will be
available when scanning from the Automatic Document Feeder as the
minimum paper size for the ADF is 4” x 6” (width-by-length).
To select a standard size:
In the list, select the page size for the current scanning batch.
To set a crop area:
1.
Place an item
face down
on the flatbed glass.
2.
Click
Preview
in the TWAIN interface.
3.
Place the mouse cursor in the preview area at the upper-left corner of the
specific area you want to scan.
4.
Left-click and hold down the mouse button while dragging your mouse
down and to the right.
5.
Release the mouse button when the full area of the item you want to scan
is within the crop box.
A dotted outline shows the selected area in the image.
