information.
• To make you sure what running situation you are in. Your limit heart rate= 207 beats/min-(age*0.67).
• While the actual heart rate is a percentage of your limit heart rate.
ATTENTION:
Your heart rate should not exceed 85% of your maximum heart rate and should not
enter the maximum. If you do, please reduce your workout intensity.
