Select the By-alarm gateway; you will be prompted to enter the Customer code.

Caution:

 The Customer code to enter is the customer code of the sixteenth recipient set in the By-alarm control unit via the By-alarm Manager software (see screen below). 

The customer code of the last telephone number and the reprogramming password are the parameters used for the remote connection with By-alarm Manager (installer con-
nection); the connection will only take place if these two parameters programmed in By-alarm Manager coincide with the namesakes programmed in the control unit. For further
